Flight conditioned quail

If I want to raise quail for hunting what are considered flight conditioned birds

There is not really any standards for flight conditioned birds. Flight conditioned merely means that they have the wing and breast muscles to be able to fly appropriately when flushed. Just as you would work out with weights or go jogging to build body strength, the quail's muscles need to be conditioned for flight using large flight pens.

Does anyone know who ships flight conditioned quail overnight to train with. .

I jokingly suggested a t-shirt gun style apparatus to launch extra coturnix instead of trap shooting (just a joke!) but apparently someone does sell an actual quail launcher, but it is more of a spring or catapult thingy. Maybe check with your local fish and game or dept of natural resources to see if there are any breeders in your area, would be way cheaper than shipping them even if you have to drive a bit!
