So the egg in my original post is NOT a bobber?

no depending on the number of days in the bator it looks good.

sinker = under water close to bottom of dish if not on the bottom.
bobber = full of air which means it dried up due to crack or something be careful for poppers which is rotten and gassy so float high as well.

the rest just break the surface of the water. again depending on age they may be just under or just over the surface.

*note I have never float tested any of my hatching eggs until AFTER they are late. so my info is limited to that.
