It would seem that all the eggs I recieved in shipping have floaters... I candled them last night (day 4) and some have veins... is it possible for them to hatch even with the floating air sac? [IMG]

Well - if they have veins then you've got hope! I'm sure people have hatched those before, they'll come tell you about it soon I bet.

    Good Luck! [IMG]

If they have a floating air sac, that means that the air sac ruptured during shipping, so when it comes time for them to hatch, the chick has no air sac to peck through, and will most likely drown. Good luck though, who knows, maybe they will hatch.

let us know if they hatch

I have some like that in my bator now. I'm crossing my fingers they hatch esp. since I wanted these chicks and I had to throw out some broken ones. The PO really beat up the box even though they were packaged well.
