floating partical in incubated duck egg help

found these dark floaters in my ducks incubated egg. just one of them. any idea what it may be? and should I worry? help please

yes the bird is still active. the particles are free floating with the liquid in the egg. I recently lost one of them. just stopped living. unsure why. I am worried that it could be a bacteria. I believe these are about 24 days.
 
It looks like my chicken and duck eggs have looked in my limited experiences. It’s not unusual to lose them at various stages of development. They might have something genetically wrong that keeps them from continuing to develop. If they were infected I think you might smell that. Or they explode. Are you incubating the eggs, or is mama doing it?
 
there is still a lot of movement in the egg as of last night. they are in an incubator. i am just worried that they could have a bacteria forming. or, is this a normal appearance in the egg. im a 1st timer.
