flock barely laying..

what could cause a flock to go from 18 eggs a day to maybe 6 a day? everyone seems healthy, and is eating fine and is active. These girls will be 1 yr old in May. I just don't know what is wrong.. Could they be molying or getting ready to?

There are many things that could cause loss of egg production. Among them are; molt,weather changes,overcrowding,change in feed,mites/lice,internal parasites and probably a few more things I havnt thought of. Take your pick. If they're eating,drinking and acting like a chicken should....I wouldnt worry too much about it,it's probably just break time for them.
