flock dynamics?

I have 3 normal size ducks (and 9 bantams) and the big ducks are the same age and have been raised together. I am jst coming to the conclusion that I have 2 boys and a girl. What will come of this when they get older? Will they get along or will I need to get more lady birds for the flock?

More girls! The ratios I have seen recommended are minimum three, sometimes six females to males. It will depend on the flock. Also, some males choose a female to mate with all the time, some males are just overly aggressive. It is something to watch out for. Good for you for paying attention.
