Flock eating their own eggs

My chickens are eating their own eggs . I loose at leat 2 eggs a day and I have 14 egg layers. How can I stop it. I have gotten advise to install a camera and identify the egg eater and then kill it. Please your advise will be highly appreciated cos I don't know what works.

First, what's their diet including treats?

Second have you been having issues with birds laying thin shelled eggs?

Third, do they have access to oyster shell free choice?

Fourth what's their nestbox setup like? And how much room do they have in their coop and run in square feet?
