I just wanted to post my heart-felt thanks to all the kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people on this forum. This morning I looked out my back door and saw all six of my chickens (two 11 month old ISA browns, one 6 month old speckled sussex, and three 6 month old LF cochins) all happily digging in the run together. Happy as clams; 6 peas in a pod. I have never seen them get along this well before. Flock integration has been a very long process but thanks to all the amazing people and advice on this forum we have never had a single injury. Lost feathers, yes, but no one has ever shed a drop of blood. And now they are actually hanging out together!!!!!! I am so stinking excited I could shout (further cementing my crazy chicken lady status I am sure). So thank you BYCers. You all are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
