Flock isn't doin well!

Hi, my chickens aren't doin well at all! they are eatin and drinkin but have diarrhea and one is loosing its back feathers. they haven't started laying eggs yet so i wanna fix the problem before the start laying. some of the are skittish but most are friendly. i clean my coop once a week and give the fresh food and water in the mornin. Any ideas on what might be wrong with them and how to fix it? i have been really concerned about them and am trying my best to help them. thanks

They could have worms and be starting to molt. I worm with Wazine 17 (you can buy at most feedstores) here's the dosage:

1oz of Wazine 17 per gallon of water.

They should drink only their medication 24 hours. Rinse out the waterer (day 2) fill with fresh water for a 10 day period. After the 10 days put another dosage of wormer in the waterer- wait 24 hours- then rinse out with fresh water.

Added: If there is blood in the poop it is most likely coccidiosis.

Thank you. I will go buy some dewormer and make sure my chickens get the proper dosage at the right time.

Delouse and deworm. I'd use Valbazan for the worming. It gets all internal parasites.
