Hello, I'm tentatively looking for a new home for all my chicken family in the NC VA area. These girls are my pets and friends, I've raised them all from babies and they are super friendly and healthy. I'm looking for a new owner who wants to take them in as friends and not food. I have 2 silver laced Wyandotte, 2 Cochin, 1 silkie and 1 Easter egger adults, then I have 2 cochin babies ( one looks like a frizzle) 1 silky and one serama who are about a week and a half old and sit under mom (Cochin) still. They all roost and coop together, the mom and babies aren't separated from the other girls. They don't like roosters. They currently have a large coop and range an acre. Please let me know if you are interested or know anyone who is, J may be able to split them and have the two Cochins and babies go to a different home than the others but I'd rather not.
