Flock organizational charts

I'm looking for some recommendations how to organize and track my laying hens ages, and production numbers. Also any other useful hen-related info to keep myself more organized.
I might not really need it, but I like to be able to visualize on paper.

I use an Excel spread sheet file with multiple sheets to track production, sales, hatches, and keep many other notes and references. It works great for me, but took some effort and some trail and error to get it the way I wanted it to function.

I use colored zip ties as leg bands to ID age groups and certain crosses within age groups.
