Flock Party Quack Snacks by MannaPro. (Ducks will not go near them).

My picky little babies wouldn't even eat the new brand of meal worms I bought - I'll admit they did smell strong. Guess I won't be trying Quack Snacks - and I have seen them at TSC - kinda pricey if I remember correctly...

They were somewhat pricey for a duck treat (X-mas present from their Grandma). This is why it was surprising that the ducks did not like them. I mean, c'mon, with the logo they are using you would think that this would be a can't-miss hit with the ducks.

Did you try them in the pool? I remember seeing some duck-specific snacks meant to be floated & I was curious about them ....

I appreciate the idea but with my ducks it's either an instant hit or a total strikeout.

This post made me laugh. My ducks don't like them either. Hand feed them mealworms, they love them and eat them right up. Try to switch out my hand with these things and they back right up.

I've never seen those, but thanks for the warning! :thumbsup I would've totally been duped into buying that by the looks of that happy smiling duck on the bag! :lau
False advertisement! :gig
My ducks do like ultra kibble, it took a while for them to try it when I first give it to them but now they love it. :)

Our ducks will not even try these. Has anyone else purchased these and had their own ducks scoff at them? Luckily, our chickens enjoy them.

Oddly enough, my ducks cant get enough of them. I do limit them, but they devour what i give. I do have a couple oddballs though. Rescued from the duck pen at TSC.

Me too! I thought I was the only one with ducks that won't eat the only treats I've seen that are specifically designed and marketed for them! They don't even seem to recognize these "treats" as an edible substance.
In terms of treats that earn two webbies up, they LOOOOOVE peas more than anything is the whole wide world. Earthworms and live minnows are a close second. They will also eat dried mealworms, dried shrimp, cut up leafy greens (escarole, lettuce, Napa cabbage, etc.) and tiny diced broccoli or cauliflower stems. They emphatically reject cherry tomatoes and any kind of cut up fruit or berries or sunflower seeds.
