My Female Duck Pearl sounds rhasspy

I’m fairly new to owning ducks. I am concerned about my Jumbo Pekin Pearl.She does quack far and few between but most of the time when I call her or she is walking around with my other two appleyards, Candy and Granny she makes a rhasspy noise. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I will try to attach a video. Also today my husband filled up some water for them and she regurgitated it. They haven’t had access to their pond area because we re did it and my husband was reseeding our lawn. But they haven’t fresh water plumbed directly to their coop area in our barn, and cups to drink out of.

When you say cups to drink out of, are they deep enough like buckets for them to dunk their whole head into the water? Ducks need that.
