what percent protein does flockraiser crumble feed has ? and can ir take the place of layer pellets

If you mean Purina, I believe it is around 20%. Yes, thousands of people feed it to their entire flock. Of course, with laying hens, it would likely require a calcium supplement, which for most folks is a dish of oyster shells, served on the side.

i have a dish of shells i put with feed and yes it is purina they dont like the pellets for sum reason so i switched to flock raiser today and am trying that i have 8 16 week old girls im hoping will lay in a few weeks
