We have been feeding ducks flock raiser since day one. This week we finally started to see eggs! They were hatched mid April. We are going to start oyster shell but are not sure about the food. Should we switch from flock raiser to layena or stay on the flock raiser?

Do you have drakes? I mix Layena along with Flock raiser at 70/30 mix too keep the calcium back a bit since I have roos/drakes and gander. and put out oyster shell as extra.

As far as I know we should have all females. They were bought sexed so almost positive... (squinty eyes at the Swedish who never makes any sound and thus can't be sexed by voice)

LOL squinty eyes may not do it. even when you pick her up she doesn't quack. well I just like to err on the side of caution with layer since I have quite a few boys, but if you have an all girl flock

Layer would be fine to feed them and still offer oyster shell on the side, some girls just need more calcium than others.
