The other week the flock had a lice problem. One chicken was broody at the time and had the worst of it. Was even limping because of it.

We replaced all the bedding, diatomaceous earth spread around, poultry dust treatment, and it cleared away instantly and hasn't come back. That chicken and the rest of them seemed back to new.

That was almost 2 weeks ago. Now that chicken is falling asleep standing up during the day. Picking her up, she feels underweight. I've brought her inside into a little fold-up pen to keep an eye on her. She will eat if I give her dried meal-worms, but doesn't seem very enthusiastic. I don't think she's egg-bound or constipated.

Just looking for any thoughts. Could this all be fallout from the lice, and she just needs some special care to recover from the anemia, or is it more likely something new?

You need to treat the coop as well as the chickens. Try giving her some high protein feed, like canned salmon. Double check under wings and around vent for mites.
