Sorry to hear about your chicken. Perhaps it was infected. Chickens don't tend to show illness until it's gone very far. It may have been too late already when you noticed it. Not your fault.

Thanks. I had amox on order that was supposed to arrive yesterday but got delayed. I honestly wasn't even sure she needed ABX bc she was doing so well but I guess now I have it...
