Flock turned on this hen and brutalized her

This bird has a history of seizures of some kind. The last recorded incident was 5 months ago. The behavior disturbs the other birds and they attack her. I've been too busy with my dying dog to check the coop cameras. Now I have this to deal with too.
I washed her with fresh water as best as I was able. She is in a lot of pain and would fight me furiously. Vitamins directly in the mouth. Vitamins in water. She is inside my house in a large dog porter. Treated the wounds with veterycin applied to cotton balls and coated the raw flesh in no-painkiller neosporin.

I don't know what else to do.

I also don't know how to prevent this from happening again.

Continue treating with Neosporin. The only way to assure that this does not happen again is to keep her separate from the flock.

She is going to have to be permanently separated from any others. When chickens see another one flopping around they pounce and start pecking away.

It does sound like some sort of separation is needed, because if the seizures are going to continue then so are the attacks.

An update on healing.
For 2 days she did not eat or drink. Last night she suddenly gained thirst and appetite.
My dog is dead. Things keep happening. I'm doing my best

Do you know who the aggressive ones are that attacked her? If you do its probably best to just get rid of them, I do not tolerate or keep aggressive birds. In the meantime just keep her separate from the flock sense she seems to be getting better.

Looks like your just gonna have to keep her separate then. What breed are they?

Sorry about your hen. Since her eye is also crusty this am, I would make some saline out of 2 tsp of salt dissolved in a quart, 32 ounces of water. Bring to a boil to sterilize it and cool. It can be used to flush out the eye or to spray/dab on her scalp. Keep up with the Neosporin, and it or Terramycin can also be used in the eye.

I had a hen who lost her balance for awhile, then a month later when she recovered, the others would attack her. She had to go on the opposite side of the fence to free range while the others free ranged. She was seen be py them, and kind of felt part of the flock. At night she stayed in her wire dog crate, then was released each am. Eventually, they let her back into the flock about 6 months later.

Wow, when it rains it pours. I'm so sorry about your dog. I lost my soul dog a year ago and I'm just now feeling better, it's so devastating. I always sort of giggle when I see posts about how sweet and cuddly chickens are. Sure, they are, but they're also ferocious and brutal. If you've ever seen a gang go after a mouse or like in your case an outcast... I had one with some sort of nuerological issue. Thankfully free ranging kept the rest of the flock distracted and never totally brutalized her and then one day she passed. But I've had it go the other way too. If it's just one you can get rid of one but the whole flock does indeed mean that after she's completely healed(not even a scab showing,) you can try a supervised re-integration and/or put her in her own look no touch pen within the coop just so that she's not completely alone.
