As requested by @Cryss I am posting an update on my flock.
As of now I have 10 chickens. 1 F1 Easter Egger hen, 2 Black Ameraucana hens, 1 Frizzle Bantam hen, 1 Gamefowl hen, 1 Japanese Bantam mix hen, 1 Silkie x Red Sex Link pullet, 1 Silkie x Easter Egger pullet, & 2 Black Breasted Red Araucana pullets. Of the 2 Silkie x Easter Egger chicks that my broody Gamefowl hen hatched out last summer 1 was a cockerel and 1 was a pullet. And of course the pullet lays cream eggs :barnie I’m sure her brother ended up with the blue egg gene.
Clair and the first egg she ever laid (on a side note Clair does have a pea comb although her crest obstructs it and she does not lay blue eggs)

Thank you for your kind words Cryss! :hugs
Maybe over the summer I could help you with your coop if I’m not too busy.
Thank you for your offer! You're a good guy. Tell your parents I said they did a good job.
I'm guessing you're going to have your hands full with building Your new coop! You seem pretty handy with construction tools. If I hit as snag I may just take you up on that offer.
We'll have to make threads to show our progressions.

Wow, I'm speechless! Well, I see in your albums 2 different henhouses so i don't know which one you are referring to. I'm not sure if it would fit my current arrangements but I am intrigued. What are the dimensions? Do you have any interior pictures?

I’d rather it go to good use than incinerated at the garbage plant. And I have a ton of linoleum tiles if you want some. My grandfather had like 50+ from who knows how long ago.
My current henhouse is the gray-blue one. The brown one was a prefab that my friend took when I sold her my last coop setup. Has a really bad interior design; roosts too low, chicken door snack in the center of the wall, access door way too small. Good ventilation system though.
My current henhouse was supposed to be 4’x4’ but it turned out to be I think 42”x39”. I can measure again tomorrow. It has linoleum tile for the floor.
The only things I plan on taking from the current henhouse for the larger henhouse build are the pressure treated 2”x4” legs and possibly the 2”x3”s under the henhouse, as well as the nest boxes and most of the latches, locks, and some of the other hardware.
I kind of built it too hastily  What can I say I’m impatient. So the vents are a hassle to cover, the clean out doors need interior trim to give them support, and the whole thing needs a good coat of paint. Aside from that it is plenty roomy for 8 large fowl chickens who will only be using it for sleeping and egg laying.

Once the weather warms up I hope to have the new henhouse completed and in place within a month.
Speaking of which would you want the old henhouse? I won’t have a use for it once I have the new one built. It can easily be taken apart into panel form and should fit nicely in the back of a pick up truck.

AWWWWW:love:love:love
They're so sweet! I love the look on the face of the Ameraucana in the picture of Wendy! I can't decide which hen is my favorite. It's so nice to see them again since seeing them in person. Thank you for this post.:highfive:
I do love that speckled egg.:thumbsup You have a lovely variety of egg colors.
