Only silkies because I breed them and there are so many colors and feather varieties, so have about a dozen different ones. Who needs more breeds when you already have so many different looking chickens? I have two new breeding projects for spring now to add to that; my own mottleds, and chocolate paints.

What I like best is they are so beautiful and friendly. The ones that free range I call beautiful moving lawn ornaments. Most of them I can walk up to and pick up.

Perfect reasons!!! It is not a breed I have had nor am familiar with. The pictures are gorgeous and what fabulous lawn ornaments must be!

Thank you! I have silver laced and silver penciled Wyandottes. The one in my PFP is silver penciled.
