floor for new coop

My husband is building a new coop and used 1/2 in. plywood for floor. it rained befor geting the roof on and the wood has bubbled up did he make a booboo on the flooring? sugestions please.

let it dry and then consider laying down some vinyl flooring over the plywood for easier cleaning.
