I used leather gloves for my coop.

Hello everybody!

I'm from Riverview (Tampa Area), FL. No chickens yet, just roosters. I learned the hard way that "straight run"= unwanted roos in feed store speak.

That is ok...I found out I love roos!!

I've looked for the thread where people were talking about the Florida State Fair, and cannot seem to find it. What days is the poultry show going on? I'm trying to plan a hiking trip, and wouldn't want to miss the chickens at the fair!!
