FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

I would love to check out the auction. Please post date and time of next auction. Thanks!
Next auction on Shady Hills Drive is Friday, March 20th at 7 pm. As I stated previously, it is a small operation and sometimes they don't have much and sometimes they do. If you are a seller, I believe you can set a minimum or reserve price on your livestock. A friend of mine sold some Silkies there and didn't know that and they sold very cheaply. Next time, she set a reserve and got the minimum pricing she wanted for them.

There is another auction, local folks call The Darby Auction in eastern Dade City? It is every Sunday at 1 pm and I was told that they have all kinds of livestock including chickens. I hope to go some day soon. My Sunday's have been pretty busy so far this year but hope to get there after April 15th.

Thanks Bean, I don't have any to sell right now but hopefully soon. I would love to check it out in the mean time. maybe find me some more new babies. I think I may have empty nest syndrome since I lost my last hatch.

Nice brooder. What brand is that ?
I keep my humidity around 75% during lockdown plus or minus some is ok. That is what works for me and gives me my best hatches. I also take my chicks out after they hatch and put them in a brooder box until they are dry then they go into a brooder cabinet. That is just again what works for me and the way I do it. These are some of the Pheasant chicks. The light bulb is one for a reptile tank. It worked. I have a wire inside the box and with the thermometer hooked to it so I can keep track of the temperature. here are some pictures. Good luck and have fun...

Kept a lot of them. I grow them out and keep the best. I had been selling trios and quads but that still left me with a lot of males so this year the birds I'm not keeping will be sold in pairs. Some go to freezer camp.
