. There are quite a few BYC members in the area. We have a couple of monthly farm swaps. You may have already gone to them.

I am in Fleming Island in northeast Florida near Jacksonville. Anyone else from this area?
I am just starting.. still building an 8 ft x 16 ft coop in my backyard. Should be done in a month then I will be looking for chickens.

There are several BYC members in your area and there is a monthly farm swap too.

Yes, I have seen the swap listing on Craigslist as well as the one for the Crystal River mall outside Rural King. I have yet to attend, but plan to. So busy right now land clearing and farm set up.

there is a couple that comes to the Crystal River swap that has Lavender English Orp.s. I know if they are not set up they stop by to see what is there.

yes they do go to the Dunnellon TSC. My understanding from talking with them they live in Donnellon and go to it cause it's close

Hello neighboring Floridians! I've been browsing on this site for months now & just decided to be a member.
Haven't seen any true neighbors, as far south as Naples, but its nice to know so much valuable info you can find here.
