I'm not very familiar with Eustis but Google says there are about 5 Feed stores in your area. I'd start with them.

TS often knows where to get chickens

PIcking which one will take some time and talking to folks. Again, TS is usually pretty good at knowing who's good and who's not.

Hi all. I have two months old chicKS and was wondering, when can I take out the heat lamp? They are in an open coop and I'm concerned of the temperature at night. At what temperature do I have to worry for them and my older ones too.

If they are fully feathered they should be fine

I have been wondering my self as well my chick isnt 2 months old old but I have been bringing her outside for a little at time and bring her back in an the warmer days she's out with the older chickens for a little bit , ( never with out me)she's just getting her back feathers so I figured when she gets the rest of her feathers and doesn't shiver then maybe ill leave her out there longer or maybe if I knew my chickens would snuggle her I'd leave her out there more , but I don't trust them to take care of a baby lol

I know this was a while ago , but I was just scrolling through the Tampa Craigslist in farm and garden under the search for chickens and someone posted that they are selling state fair chickens they have some pictures posted I didn't go through them all and I have no idea if this person is even involved in stealing birds or anything ,they could be their actual birds IDK but I thought if there's a slight chance this person might have the stolen chickens I would share it on here
