FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

Not chicken related but...

If anyone is in the area and looking for Valentine's Day plans, we are releasing three rehabilitated Loggerhead sea turtles at Juno Beach's Loggerhead Marinelife Center! I am on the turtle rehab team there and will be assisting with the release

Two of these turtles were flown down here back in December from Cape Cod, where they were stranded due to a cold stunning event following Hurricane Sandy. They are now completely recovered and ready to head back to the ocean. Here's more info if you are interested:

That would be cool to see and my wife would love it too, but dang it if Juno Beach isn't a long way away from Pensacola!

conniejoe90 I have good news for you. As previously mentioned, and I can confirm as I watched it live via the Space Coast Government TV broadcast, you can legally have up to 4 hens in the city of Palm Bay. The vote passed 5-0. There are some specific requirements that must be met but that is to be expected.

To all of the others whom commented on my post - Thank you for the kind words and I thank you all also for the recognition. I often feel awkward when this happens in public as I have become a rather humble individual and prefer to remain out of the spotlight. But I understand completely the source of feeling in wanting to say something.

Today is the day for me at the fair!!!!! I cant wait never been to one before!

Thanks for sharing, Overberyl! Like CluckerCam, it is kind of far from me as well, but definitely sounds interesting - sea turtles are awesome!

Hello! I am located in Clermont, FL and while I do not have any chickens, I would love to have a 2-3 bantam. I am trying to figure out if it is allowed by law where I live. Can anyone help me? I see there are some fellow Clermont-ers on this feed, so I am hoping someone can advise me. I am in the Hidden Hills neighborhood, which is near the cross-roads of Lakeshore Dr. and Oswalt/Log Hill Road. Does anyone know? Thank you!!
