Neither, to me they look like pullets. The Barred Rock could be a cockerel. Hard to tell for sure from the picture.

That barred rock certainly has rooster characteristics for 12 weeks. I think he's your culprit!

I would say the barred rock is a roo. My barred is 12.5 weeks and is just now getting color to its face

Thank you for all the helpful input y'all! It is defiantly my barred rock. I peeked out the window this morning and he was practicing his crow. It's not very loud but the coop is close to our bedroom window. I'm sad that was my most favorite. We do not want baby chicks! So no roosters.
