they do fine here. Just be sure they have alot of shade and cool water in the summer. Its been 100-103 here and my birds are fine. I go out every afternoon and hose down their runs and refill their waters. We spent a week or so putting up tarps in the worse runs and they love to lay out under them especially when its wet.

Ours did fine, would lay less in the dead of summer though. They rehomed to a neighbor and are loving living in the trees.

Such a crappy day..

My ONLY Isabel/Lavender Project Orp that developed and FINALLY hatched with some assistance last night drowned in the stupid water dish while I was sleeping.

That's IT.. I am done done done hatching for a while once I get these last EE's out of the bator. I still want a Lav something.. Anyone have a young Lav female anything I can buy?? I would LOVE a Lav silkie.

Also, I have a friend that wants a couple of bantam EE's or Americana. Please PM if you have either I can purchase. I am on the East Coast but wouldn't mind a short drive of an hour or so.
