As soon as it rained hre about 5 minutes later the ground had soaked it up

Feeling really stupid right now for shutting all the storm shutters & putting my everything outside in the shed. Ugh. At least I got some more plants in the ground, as I didn't leave any pots strewn about.

Rough water out there this morning. Tired of the rain and our overly soaked ground. Looks like it will take weeks for the pasture to not be flooded after the rain even before Irene came.

Bright shinny beautiful morning here. Off to Dr with John and then home for more prep work pending FEMA deployment. If called I ma be MIA quiet some time, depending extent of damges.
