Hey, person who's in Ocala - what Paso Fino farm? I rode at Young's a few years back. I LOVE Paso Finos! SO GORGEOUS! I'd like a few, but my third of an acre, husband, neighborhood & town probably wouldn't like a few.

I've taken everyone's advice, but no luck so far. My neighbors have commented that no one has had any problem with garbage cans tipped or cat food being pilfered, so they don't think we really have a raccoon problem these days. Considering the size of the goose, I'm starting to think it was a stray dog, as we definitely have them pass through here every so often. People abandon them in the Everglades and they make their way to my yard, since I'm only fenced on two sides. Also, I haven't seen any coon tracks in the soft soil around back...having grown up in the country, I know what they look like. It's a mystery, but I'm realizing everyone seems to deal with this at one point or another.
