FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

All I know about Crystal is she was a jumper. Her owners daughter rode her till the horse sprained her back because the daughter got too heavy. The vet recommended she be pastured to let her back rest and it'll work out on it's own. The owner didn't have the pasture land to let the horse out to range, she was always stalled. She does not have papers so she gave her away cause she didn't have the time to sell her and needed to find a replacement horse so her daughter could continue her jumping schedule. The friend that was going to take her and board her here changed his mind but forgot to let the owner know.

So now she's here. Oh I've already had someone on another thread explain the math. I'm in deep do do. and horse manure.

we are new at raising chickens, live in Leesburg, have 9 hens and one rooster or that's what I ordered,
3 barred rocks
3 silver spangled hamburgs
3 australorps
1 golden spangled hamburg ( rooster )
My husband built us a wonderful coop our little ladies seem to like it and Henry does too, Our neighbors have 2 roosters a one hen they just run loose and they come over to check our ladies out.Our hens don't really seem to pay them any attention but Henry don't act like he wants them there. Later on I would like to let our chickens out to run around in our yard but I don't want them Rooster from across the way taken our chickens home with them, Oh by the way if there's not 500 Florida people on here yet I say 2/14/2012

Hi Jess (ItsaZoo),

Got my 1st egg from the Lavender I got from you, mint green. Hope is blues up some...
Both girls are doing great roaming the 5 acres with the flock.

Maye

Hey Maye,

The one you got is a blue (possibly Lav split) from Cloverleaf Farms. I am hopeful her eggs will blue up for you. Her hatch mate (the black) lays mostly bluish eggs with a bright blue halo around the pointy end. Lol!!

Shellie, the Lav/EE I got from you is finally laying! She has more greenish than blue but it depends on lighting.
