Ok so here are some baby pics I have different colors of cochins.. a few buffs available. A BUNCH of mixed breeds but some are pure too (RIR, Silkie, Leghorn, Wyandotte) and then some pure SQ blue Jersey Giants.

Living so far away stinks! My only 2 girls are broody & laying on eggs now! aaahhh... I would love a few of the mixed babies, but I can't get up there to get them for a while. Between your pretty babies & CelticOaks' I am driving myself crazy. lol...

hehehe.. thanks Yes they are too cute! I am hoping (fingers crossed) that I got a Lemon Blue Cochin.. anyone know what a baby lemon blue looks like? Is there one or two in this batch?!

Just bought 4 BO's now a friend brought over some turkey eggs and asked me to incubate them.I said ok and I researched how long for a turkey egg to hatch and conditions and it's really the same as chickens.He gave me 18 turkey eggs.He came over and said are you still incubating eggs and I said yes and he reached into his car and brought out 18 eggs and said here have fun.Now my incubator is now FULL for the 1st time since I built it.

SO JEALOUS!! I wish new/more chickens were easily accessible for me. I have 3 EE's & 3 OE's lined up from CelticOaks, But I really wish I could find some laying pullets/hens nearby.

Isn't there a show down there in the swamp once a year?? Seems like Arcadia has one too for 4H sales?? .....stan
