Just a thought...you'd probably have to ck w/ the zoning official's ofc or Town Hall in Palm Beach to know for certain. Make certain you find out if your address in Palm Beach is considered in or out of the city limits since it might make a difference as to if you are allowed to have chickens [not to mention roos] and how many of each (hens & roos). I used to live in Bradenton, but I don't know what their laws are like there, that was 12 yrs ago.
