Hello all,

I can't see a way to post in the other forums so my apologies if this is in the wrong section. I have a question, one or more of our chickens (I'm not sure which) are laying eggs that have unusual egg whites when poached - they are, for want of a better way of describing them, floury, speckled and markedly different than the others. I can't find out much about this online and wondered if anyone here has had a similar experience and if so what causes it? Many thanks for your help.

Kind Regards,

Michael.

I would like to know the answer to the "floury egg whites," myself- I've never heard of that before.
