Floyd's first bath.

Floyd was looking a little grubby after our last rain
He did pretty well, sat on toilet while I got the water ready, also spent some time looking in the bathroom mirror

I only got to do a quick washing as he only tolerated it for about 5 minutes then wanted out.

Half way through the drying

feathers are starting to get fluffy again, I let him primp himself for a bit while we watched netflix

Sup mama..

We are now all fluffed out and looking studly and back with the flock

Mozart says... ooh you smell nice..

lol thanks, I always have a habit of narrating things, or making sound effects to things
And Floyd indeed is the flamboyant stud in the coop

I have 4 other cockerel's. 3 silkies and a Lt brahma.
All just as handsome, just not as flashy lol

I have only washed one of my Silkies, however they seem to enjoy spa day. They are pretty tolerant of the bath, and love to be blow dried
