I noticed my incubator keeps fluxuating between 98.6 and 100.5 Is that going to make a difference. I cannot seem to keep it steady. Also cannot seem to get humidity lower than 46%

I was thinking that the hens must get off the eggs to eat, so maybe the temp fluxes are not that bad of a thing...but then again, maybe I think too much!

do you have a still air incubator? if so, that range of temps is too low, you want to shoot for an average of 100 or 101, try to set it so lows are around 99 and highs 101.5 to 102
