Fluffed up duck?

hi! did you ever find out what was wrong with your duck? im currently having the same issue I believe

I'm going to continue this chain of inquiry because now my Ancona is also hunched and fluffed to max capacity. I separated her last week and she acted fine in her crate, so she went back into the run. Today I looked out and she was doing it again. Has anyone solved the fluffed duck conundrum?
