Any know if the rooster at left is a breed or a mutt? I know he has silkie in him.

PQ silkie or silkie cross. Does he have silkie feathering? If so, he is a PQ silkie. If not, a cross.

Well most of the feathers on his body are silky, but he has fully formed flight feathers. And if something else I would like to know... why are the feathers on his feet gray, while the feathers on his body are partridge patterned?

Then he is a PQ silkie. Do you have a photo showing his profile? He isn't really a partridge (breast should be black, or at least mostly so). I would guess he is somewhere between partridge and ginger red as far as his genotype.
