Fluid filled crop

I would remove her from the flock and put her on a 24 hour fast, water only with Avia Charge in it. See what it looks like in 24 hours then feed her easily digestible highly nutritious chicken food (chick mash watered down a little or mixed with an egg, probiotics; water). I would only give her a little food at a time and make sure it is going through her before you feed her any more, do not free feed. You can try massaging the crop, but the issue isn't impaction. The crop may not be functioning well due to her diet (what is she eating?) or some larger underlying digestive problem. Either way you want to give her crop a rest and let it get back some of it's elasticity and function. Good luck.

She doesn't free range at all, and lives on shavings in
a large horse stall with an attached paddock.
I feed a very small pelleted feed "King pro-am show n
grow". I did take her off any feed last night, but I
just checked her and she's enormous! I tried messaging her crop gently. I'll see how she is tomorrow morning.
Poor thing, she looks like she's going to explode!
