Hi! so I was trying to give my chicken water through a syringe and i got it into her lungs shes breathing hard now how do i help her? I feel so bad :(

Hi, not much you can do but keep her warm and comfortable and hope she reabsorbs it. If she or another ever need water, a tube is much safer because you can put it to their crop.
If I count all the stupid accidents I've had in seven years with chickens -well I won't go there. You are not alone, you always have to think you did the best you knew how at the time.

Update! her breathing is MUCH better but ever since her eye got hurt she hasn't eaten or drank very much at all she's starting to lose weight! all she really does is lay around in her basket!

You need to get some water and food into her ASAP. What happened to her eye? Usually chickens wont stop eating unless they are very sick even if they do have a minor injury. What have you offered her to eat? Is she still with the other chickens? You should separate her and start offering more to eat and drink and monitor her. I agree using a tube is much better for her, do you know how to do this?

Ok so my dog stepped on her head and turned her eye totally around she has been seprated and yes she has eaten a little
