Can I make my own pip? The air sac is on the opposite end…. I hate to waste a possible hatch but I don’t want a rotten egg lol

Yea there is an odor but I have several hatches today and was trying to avoid cleaning while I still have eggs in there so not sure if it’s the egg or the bator.

You would be brave to self-pip a rotten egg. If it hasn't internally pipped in the air cell a pip there would have no effect. If it is a pip in wrong end chick has probably drowned in that fluid. How far along is this egg in incubation?

You can but that won't do anything if it's dead or alive, I'm sorry. If that's the opposite end, I think it's leaking.

I have one chick in there that will go to brooder in AM and three other eggs due on 7-11
