Fluorescent green poo?

What would cause this colour? All acting normal. No recent meds, no major diet change, only new thing I’ve seen them eat was some water milfoil (Australian native Myriophyllum crispatum) from the turtle pond.

It could be something she ate while free ranging. If they eat a lot of greens, it's not uncommon for green poo, unless it's persistent or runny. You say all are acting normal, so they are eating their feed no problem? Do they have access to grit and oyster shell on the side?
I'm not familiar with the plant you mentioned, perhaps others can provide insight.
