Flux BB error report numerous times!

I got this error report everytome I tried to cluck on a thread or forum... It also happened a few times when I tried to log back in, just in the past couple of minutes:

An error was encountered
File: /home/backyard/public_html/forum/include/dblayer/mysql.php
Line: 58

FluxBB reported: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug

I got it a few times when I tried to click on recent posts. Only lasted about 1 minute.
