Fly strike

Update with more questions.
We managed to get all the maggots with the 2 baths on Friday. She’s been resting in the house and seems more alert and energetic every day. The problem is she won’t eat her feed, so we’ve tried giving her eggs, chicken, assorted fruits and vegetables and she does eat a bit but not that much. Could she be missing her flock. She can hear them outside all day long, but she is kind of a loner to begin with. We’ve tried bringing other chickens into the house for visits but she was a bit territorial with them.
We also aren’t sure when she can go back outside. Her butt doesn’t look worse than on Friday but it doesn’t really look better. It feels a bit rough so maybe it’s scabbed over. The first photo is from Friday after we bathed her and the second is from today

Eggcessive and Wyorp Rock will have the answers.
Perhaps she could free range with the flock for short periods? She probably is missing them. I would be concerned with others pecking at her if you put her back with them full time until it's better healed.

Is she still laying eggs?

Often Flystrike can occur when a hen is not well. I'd be concerned that she may have some infection, or she has an underlying condition.

You may also want to give an oral antibiotic. Amoxicillin or Baytril would be good choices.

She may enjoy being outdoors for a short period of time each day, it can be boring for them to be inside. You'd want to monitor her closely and keep flies away. The flock may pick at her, but if you have a large kennel or a way to section a place for her to be secure with her own food water, it may help her spirits.

Do the best you can to entice her to eat. Is her crop emptying? Poop look o.k.?

We don’t have access to a vet so I can’t get antibiotics. My kids could sit and monitor her while she free ranges for a bit. I was just concerned the skin wasn’t healed enough to go outside.
She isn’t laying. About 2 months ago we found a lash egg in the coop but we figured it belonged to one of our red sex links since we’ve already had 2 die from infections after laying lash eggs. So when she was lethargic last week, we put her in a cage to see if she improved. She got her energy back and was starting to eat more, and that is when we discovered the fly strike. I figured she wouldn’t recover but she has her energy back and is acting normal except for not wanting to eat her feed. Her poops are finally solidifying and her crop is emptying. We had a crop issue with her about 2 months ago but we got that cleared up

I would hazard a guess she is one that passed some lash egg. Salpingitis is inflammation of the oviduct. It's not too uncommon to see flystrike in a hen that has reproductive difficulties.

I do understand vet care is not an option. It isn't for me either, but you can still order certain antibiotics online. The 2 links I provided for you is where and what you can order. Dosing is on the packages.
