Argh! I'm so irritated right now... I have tried four thermometers in my incubator and NONE of them are even close to the same temperature. I have no idea which one is correct so I'm essentially just guessing at this point. I ordered a Spot Check from Brinsea yesterday and just got the notice that it's shipping today... THANK GOODNESS!!! I hope I've got the temps somewhere in the correct range and the Brinsea will get here soon so the second half of my hatch won't be so stressful!

I have had similar problems, so to combat this I ordered an expensive hygrometer. I am currently using it and it is garbage. The other two I am using are reading about the same but this one is off by 1.5-2 degrees. Something is wrong here. I had good hatches before, so just using it like a grain of salt... ain't worth much.

I am too. I'm just doing what I can until the Spot Check gets here. I think I'm going to put the mercury thermometer back in and go off of that and use the humidity reading on the digital. I'm not as worried about humidity because I know about what it will be depending on how much I fill the bowl from my last hatch. It's just really, really frustrating when you know you have an incubator and a thermostat that work great but you have no idea if you've got them set right
