Flying ducks

Can ducks with angel wing fly?

Most cases of angel wing I have heard of involve domestic breeds that don't fly anyway. I can't say, regarding Muscovies.

We have Mallards, but I found a site that said that they can't(?)

I would seriously doubt that ducks with angel wing would be able to fly.
