Foamy eyes?!

I noticed today my hens eyes are watery/foamy. What could be the cause of this?

Most likely a respiratory issue. Is it just the one hen? Have you been able to look close to see if there is anything in the eye?

It is just the one hen, but I've had two die in the last two weeks for reasons unknown. As far as I can see there is nothing in her eyes but we've ordered some medicine

I ordered Amtyl. Says it helps with 4 different kinds of sicknesses

Looks like it helps with bacterial infections.

I don't as I've never treated for one.
