Is anyone aware of what this may be? Its on her left eye, the other eye is totally normal. I flushed it multiple times but it does not clear away. Any advice is appreciated. Maybe the beginning of a cataract? No other chicken has this in the flock.

I am not an expert, but it could be a corneal abrasion or infection. If you have a vet, I would try to get her seen. She may need antibiotic op eye drops with steroid drops as well. About all we can get over the counter is Terramycin eye ointment from feed stores (ask them for it,) or plain Neosporin topical ointment. Those may be used 3 times a day. The Neosporin eye ointment requires a vet prescription. A vet would prescribe something different most likely.

Thanks for the reply. I will send this pic to my vet tomorrow. In the meantime I have already applied Terramycin. -Mike

They may have ciprofloxacin or similar and may add a steroid drop. Let us know what the vet thinks.
I received a response from my vet. He said "I'd be more concerned with trauma than with disease. It doesn't hurt to keep it rinsed out or if you have some eye ointment, you can out it in twice daily. Some chickens get bumped in the eye, flapped with feathers that irritate the eye, etc. For now just TLC unless you start seeing nasal discharge or swelling under the eye."
