Aghast! Eat Silkies! Oh my!
I would not eat them but that is only because they are too little. I like more meat than what these little fellers have on them, even when they are ....ahem, overweight, I know there isn't much there.
However, Silkie roos make wonderful pets and with over 300 chickens on my place, they all think they are pets!
