Food and water Inside coop

I just moved my 5 chicks to the coop. The coop is only 4x4ft with 2 nesting boxes. Do I have to supply food and water inside the coop (for night time) if it is available in the run - which they have access to all day??

No they should eat and drink before they go to roost for the night. They well want to eat and drink first thing in the morning so make sure to let them out to the run in the AM

The only reason I have H2O in my coop is in case there is a problem with my outside water. It's 100• here today, I want more than one water source.
